SLIM???? HOW TO SLIM?

 SLIM WITH SIMPLE EXERCISE...... EVERBODY CAN DO IT.... :)

Everyone wants to lose weight, but some people just don't have the time to prepare special diets or go to the gym. Below are some simple exercises that only take about ten minutes of your time but definitely make a difference. You don't necessarily have to use them all, and can use them in any order.

1. Walk and run up the stairs.
Stairs are a great way to lose weight. It burns calories, will reduce fat all over, and helps the leg muscles. Warm up by walking up and down one flight. Then sprint up as quickly as you can, and jog down. Repeat this until you have gone up and down ten times. Do about three sets of ten. Be safe by using the hand rail and watching for other people.


2. Swipe the floor. 
hahaha believe or not? Every day when you sweep the floor in your home it is an exercise that can help you lose weight.

3. Burn your calories or fat at office.
If we work in the office, slimmed secret is to create the habit of walking at least 15 minutes every hour. Walking to the toilet or take our drink, in the most distant places, use the stairs or save files in the cabinet while we stand and not sit is the secret to us lose weight.
